Crater Lake Ford is expanding and enhancing its remote experiences offerings to make complimentary Pickup & Delivery appointments available to all Ford Service customers. This is part of our commitment to improve the ownership experience by providing convenient, seamless options for vehicle service, from simple oil changes to recall repairs.
At Crater Lake Ford, we value our customer's time. That's why we are offering Ford's Pickup & Delivery (PDEL)* service to all Ford customers. We want to make regular vehicle maintenance—like oil changes, tire rotations and more convenient-- for drivers in Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, and the Rogue River Valley.
Our job is to look after you. Being flexible, respecting their time and giving them peace of mind are ways we do that. So, stay in your home or continue on with your busy day, while Crater Lake Ford picks up and delivers your vehicle back after a stop in our Service Department.
Comfort and Convenience First
The process is simple – customers call Crater Lake Ford to schedule an appointment and request an at-home or at-work pickup. On the day of service, customers will be informed of the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup, including a notification when they are on their way. They will receive updates via phone, text or e-mail to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Their vehicle will be delivered back the same day, or as soon as the service is complete.
It's a great value for our customers. We take care of everything for you without taking time out of your busy schedules.
*Pickup & Delivery service may be limited based on distance from the dealership. Does not include parts or repair charges. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a roadside event. Same-day appointments are not available for this offer.
